GameFactory ("the Site") is an on-demand AI game generation tool. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and store it, and your rights. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the service; we do not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties.

1. What We Collect

• Account information: the username you provide at registration. Passwords are stored only as salted PBKDF2-SHA256 hashes.
• Network information: IP address and browser User-Agent at registration/login, used for risk control and security audit.
• Usage counts: generation counts, play records, favourites and quota ledger attached to your account.
• Contact details (optional): only when you submit a B2B customisation inquiry, the contact details you voluntarily provide.
• Phone number (optional): collected only if you choose to bind one, for login and identity binding.

2. How We Use It

• Provide core features: login, quota ledger, play records, favourites.
• Risk control: identify test/internal accounts, block abuse.
• Anonymous statistics: aggregated counts only, no personally identifiable detail.
• We do not sell your personal information and do not provide it to third parties. Payments are processed by Waffo (Merchant of Record) which receives only order ID, product ID and amount.

3. Advertising

The Site displays ads via Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or device identifiers to serve personalised ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Visitors in the EU/UK/Switzerland will see a consent prompt before personalised ads; you may also opt out via Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com).

4. Storage

• All data is stored on servers within mainland China; no cross-border transfer.
• Business data is stored in plaintext on the server disk (excluding passwords, which are salted hashes). All external access is over HTTPS.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may also deregister your account at any time.
