GameFactory ("the Site") is an on-demand AI game generation tool. By registering or using the service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of the Service

The Site is an AI on-demand game generator: you describe a game idea and the AI generates an HTML5 game playable in your browser. Library games are free and require no login; generating new games requires an account and consumes quota. All generated content is AI-generated and labelled as such, per applicable AI content labelling regulations.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password; actions under your account are your own.
Bulk registration, buying/selling/renting accounts, and using multiple accounts to farm quota are prohibited.

3. Quota and Payments

Quota comprises generation credits obtained by signup gifts, sharing/invite rewards, or purchase.
Nature of payment (important): purchasing a quota pack pays for use of the AI generation service, not for the purchase, unlock, or licence of any generated content.

4. AI Content Labelling

All AI-generated content carries an explicit "AI-generated" visible label and an implicit machine-readable label, consistent with applicable regulations.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to generate or share content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts for violations.

6. Refunds

Requests within 7 days of payment with minimal quota consumption are eligible for automatic refund. Refund processing deducts a fixed fee of $0.50 plus 6% of the refund amount. The channel refund window is limited to 14 days from payment; beyond that, refunds cannot be processed via the original channel. See section 8 of the authoritative Chinese Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability & Miscellaneous

All generated content is provided for entertainment only, without warranties. The Site may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Matters not covered herein follow site notices.
